T HOUSE
Rest House, Tepoztlán
This house was specially designed for the elderly, thinking about their maximum comfort and safety (since the project does not have any stairs) and also, their maximum relaxation. Generating spaces that stimulate each of the senses of the people who inhabit it, creating a really important link between people and the natural elements around them.
The project is divided into 3 areas, clearly differentiated:
1. Outdoor Zone: A large garden with a design of gravel, vegetation and waterways that are filled with the water mirror that is in front of the porch. On the land which the house is located, various paths emerge when you walk through them, lead you to find small special corners designed for privacy and connection with yourself.
2. Public Zone: Entrance hall, room with an intimate and small library, dining room, kitchen and service patio.
3. Private Area: Main room + 2 rooms to receive guests, swimming lane, jacuzzi and rear garden.
