'Terrace Roma 83' is a mixed-use building: Commercial + Housing, projected for the Roma Norte neighborhood in CDMX. The project consists of 12 apartments (4 different types) and a serie of 9 terraces that make the most of the space facing to the street, these terraces seek to ensure for each of the departments that make up the project, outdoor space, that goes hand in hand with ventilation and natural lighting. In addition to providing these advantages to the project, the terraces integrate points of interest and pleasant visuals to the design of the facade to experience the neighborhood from the building. The commercial space consists of a bookstore and a cafe.
