SBCC - Sustainable Bioclimatic Community Center
SBCC: The Sustainable Bioclimatic Community Center, is a DYNAMIC project designed for a high degree of constructive feasibility, FLEXIBLE due to its capacity to resolve spaces and ADAPTABLE to the physical environment in which it is located, since its modulated system of walls and roofs allow a great process of adaptation in these construction elements, responding to different types of climates. The traditional constructions of the different climates of the country were studied to abstract their formal logic.
The objective of the community center is to create adequate spaces that allow maximizing the experience of public space in the southern communities of the state of Morelos, integrating criteria of sustainability, energy conservation, water management, waste management, safety and risk mitigation impacts to contingencies and emergencies.
