'Automated Youth Housing in Mexico City - S. XXI '

Housing designed for the young population of Mexico City, a minimum house of 40 m2 that optimizes and reconfigures its interior space through technological automations and transformable furniture, responding to the specific demands of its inhabitant, according to activity, schedule and preference.

Each transformation manages to take advantage of the space resource of the house in the most optimal way, their environments are transferred square meters to each other, increasing the level of comfort and spatial quality. Thus, this home has spaces that are transformed, compact and combined into up to three different environments and up to two of them simultaneously, without interrupting the development of the activities carried out in them. All this was achieved thanks to an intelligent design and the application of technology and home automation in the project.
